Base Salary
$210k - $240k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build scalable, highly available, high-throughput, model-driven solutions and products.
- Solve problems with containers, cloud infrastructure, and infrastructure as code.
- Manage project milestones and schedules with client stakeholders and team members.
- Write highly readable, thoroughly tested code using Python and React.
- Leverage AI-assisted tooling and integrate LLM agents for enhanced functionality.
- Identify and solve problems proactively.
- Inspire teammates and foster a collaborative team culture.
Requirements
- 8+ years of software engineering experience.
- 2+ years of product development and engineering experience in a client-facing role.
- Strong collaboration skills with cross-functional partners.
- A drive to impact real-world customer needs.
