Base Salary
$143k - $179k/yr
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary subject matter expert for technical implementation methodologies.
- Partner with Product Management to translate product capabilities into implementation standards.
- Define and improve standardized implementation methodologies for technical integrations.
- Build and maintain a delivery assurance framework for partner-led implementations.
- Enable third-party consulting partners through onboarding and training.
- Develop technical learning paths and curriculum for Ridgeline Academy.
- Provide strategic guidance for complex customer implementations.
- Collaborate with teams to design scalable integration solutions.
- Identify inefficiencies and drive process improvements.
- Capture feedback to influence product enhancements and methodologies.
- Build scalable partner enablement frameworks.
- Foster a collaborative environment through knowledge sharing and mentoring.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience implementing enterprise SaaS solutions with a focus on technical integrations.
- Experience with B2B software, preferably in investment management or financial services.
- Deep understanding of API-based integrations and enterprise integration architectures.
- Experience with REST APIs and integration platforms like Workato or MuleSoft.
- Working knowledge of Python or Java in implementation environments.
- Experience in standardizing implementation methodologies across customer engagements.
- Demonstrated experience in enabling and training consultants or partners.
- Ability to influence adoption of new implementation standards.
- Strong consulting presence with excellent communication skills.
- Experience partnering with Product Management to influence product direction.
- Strong curiosity and attention to detail.
- Willingness to learn about cutting-edge technologies.
- Aptitude for problem solving in fast-paced environments.
