Base Salary
$93k - $210k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and operate scalable software solutions for OCI region build automation.
- Architect broad system interactions and build resilient, high-scale distributed services.
- Use AI integration and tools, including agentic AI, in software products.
- Define coding standards, best practices, and technical improvements.
- Troubleshoot complex challenges and ensure performance, security, and maintainability.
- Provide technical leadership, mentor and guide teams, and establish consensus on major changes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align technology with business goals.
- Support operational excellence for mission-critical, tier-one live-site services.
Requirements
- BS or MS degree in Computer Science or a relevant technical field involving coding, or equivalent practical experience.
- At least 4 years of total software development experience.
- Ability to write high-quality code using Java, Go, C#, or similar object-oriented languages.
- Knowledge of developing software with agentic AI.
- Experience delivering products across the full software development lifecycle.
- Experience with large-scale, highly distributed services infrastructure.
- Experience in an operational environment providing mission-critical, tier-one live-site services.
- Systematic problem-solving skills, strong communication, ownership, and drive.
