Base Salary
$103k - $145k/yr
Responsibilities
- Support, troubleshoot, and enhance software applications in the Cotiviti product suite.
- Analyze complex business problems and implement automated systems and software solutions.
- Resolve software and process issues from internal and external customers in development and production environments.
- Develop and deploy application changes using automation tools and improve system performance and availability.
- Define technical requirements with business partners and maintain accurate application and process documentation.
- Apply software quality assurance practices throughout the software development life cycle.
- Handle escalations, provide task direction, and offer feedback, training, and mentoring to team members.
- Communicate technical and operational issues to engineering and business leadership.
- Ensure project deliverables are completed on time and within budget while adhering to technology standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or another STEM-related or technically related field.
- 4–5 years of relevant industry experience.
- 4–5 years of hands-on experience in Linux-based environments and with Java frameworks.
- 4–5 years of experience deploying changes with Jenkins or Octopus.
- 4–5 years of experience with Ansible and/or scripting languages such as VBScript or PowerShell.
- 4–5 years of experience with databases and/or data-processing pipelines.
- Working knowledge of Oracle SQL and experience with CI/CD pipelines.
- Strong technical knowledge and the ability to develop solutions to technical business problems.
- Experience managing successful products throughout their lifecycles.
- Experience with Docker or OpenShift and JBoss is preferred.
- Healthcare data experience is a plus.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, analytical, problem-solving, planning, and organizational skills.
