Responsibilities
- Design, build, configure, troubleshoot, and optimize full-stack applications to meet business and application requirements.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and multiple teams on requirements, solutions, and key technical decisions.
- Act as a subject matter expert and help manage team execution and decisions.
- Lead process-improvement efforts to enhance team productivity and quality.
- Mentor junior team members and coordinate cross-functional communication for timely delivery.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in Java Full Stack Development.
- Proficiency in Java Full Stack Development.
- Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks.
- Experience with Java-based back-end frameworks and tools.
- Familiarity with SQL and NoSQL database design and management.
- Understanding of software development methodologies and version control systems.
- Ability to troubleshoot and optimize application performance across the full stack.
- 15 years of full-time education.
