Responsibilities
- Participate in product development from project definition and design through implementation, debugging, testing, and early customer support.
- Develop across the full stack, including front-end applications, backend services, APIs, databases, and infrastructure.
- Build operator-facing tools and workflows for receiving, inspecting, and sorting returned merchandise.
- Implement and extend the corporate design system and component library.
- Develop reusable, efficient, and high-performing software.
- Write and maintain unit, integration, and end-to-end tests.
- Configure and manage CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions.
- Participate in code reviews, technical design discussions, and engineering planning.
- Own solutions through their lifecycle, including monitoring, troubleshooting, and production support.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers.
- Coach junior developers and share engineering best practices and technical learnings.
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional software development experience with a focus on front-end technologies.
- Strong full-stack skills with a specialty in Node.js and TypeScript and expertise in React.js.
- Experience building and maintaining APIs, services, and data-driven applications.
- Experience with relational databases and SQL/NoSQL reporting and analytics requirements.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines, particularly GitHub Actions.
- Practical experience deploying, configuring, and supporting containerized applications in Kubernetes environments.
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies, DevOps practices, design patterns, build tools, and testing frameworks.
- MongoDB Atlas knowledge is a plus.
- Advanced English proficiency and strong problem-solving skills.
- Experience using AI tools for development guidance.
- Ability to work evenings until 9 pm four days per week and collaborate with US-based team members.
