Responsibilities
- Design, build, configure, troubleshoot, and optimize applications to meet business process and application requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional and multiple teams to gather requirements and contribute to technical decisions.
- Provide solutions for the immediate team and across multiple teams while serving as a subject matter expert.
- Manage team performance, mentor junior team members, and participate in team decisions.
- Conduct regular code reviews to ensure quality and adherence to best practices.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in Java Full Stack Development.
- Proficiency in Java Full Stack Development.
- Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Experience with back-end frameworks and databases.
- Familiarity with Git and collaborative version control practices.
- Experience with Spring Boot is preferred.
- 15 years of full-time education is required.
