Responsibilities
- Lead and execute cloud migration projects from on-premises and AWS environments to Azure.
- Design, deploy, and support Azure compute, networking, security, and data solutions.
- Build and maintain Infrastructure as Code using Terraform.
- Develop and manage CI/CD pipelines with Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, and GitLab CI.
- Deploy and manage containerized workloads using Docker and Kubernetes, including AKS.
- Implement Azure security, identity, governance, and access-management solutions.
- Troubleshoot infrastructure, networking, application-hosting, and database issues.
- Build and maintain monitoring and observability platforms.
- Develop automation scripts using PowerShell, Bash, Python, and Azure CLI.
- Ensure cloud architecture, security, DevOps, and operational best practices.
- Mentor junior engineers and support technical leadership initiatives.
Requirements
- 4 to 8 years of experience in cloud migration, DevOps, cloud engineering, or related work.
- Bachelor of Engineering, B.Tech, MBA, or MCA qualification.
- Experience migrating workloads from on-premises and/or AWS to Azure.
- Strong expertise in Azure services, networking, Terraform, CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes, identity, governance, scripting, monitoring, and observability.
- Experience with Entra ID, RBAC, Conditional Access, App Registrations, Azure Policies, Windows Servers, Active Directory, DNS, and enterprise networking.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, with experience leading or mentoring junior engineers.
- Preferred experience includes AWS or GCP, Azure Landing Zones, Ansible, cloud modernization, application transformation, enterprise-scale DevSecOps, and governance frameworks.
- Azure certifications such as AZ-104, AZ-305, or AZ-400 are preferred.
- Node.js development is listed as a required skill.
