Base Salary
$158k - $214k/yr
Responsibilities
- Lead architecture and hands-on development across the AI application stack, including UI, services, agent infrastructure, orchestration, and evaluation.
- Define architectural direction, API contracts, integration patterns, and design standards for a horizontal platform adopted by partner teams.
- Develop understanding of advertiser workflows and apply product thinking to technical and architectural decisions.
- Establish practices for AI application evaluation, quality guardrails, prompt engineering, orchestration, and AI-native development.
- Drive operational excellence, maintain platform quality at scale, and mentor engineers.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of non-internship professional software development experience.
- At least 2 years of non-internship design or architecture experience involving design patterns, reliability, and scaling.
- At least 1 year of software development engineer or related occupational experience.
- At least 1 year designing and developing large-scale, multi-tiered, multi-threaded, embedded, or distributed software using C#, C++, Java, or Perl.
- At least 1 year of object-oriented design experience.
- Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Preferred: at least 3 years covering the full software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control, build processes, testing, and operations.
- Preferred: bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent.
