Responsibilities
- Partner with Account Executives on technical discovery and enterprise product demonstrations.
- Architect tailored solutions for complex accounting environments involving multiple entities, ERPs, and workflows.
- Lead discussions with finance, accounting, and IT stakeholders to identify requirements, data challenges, and integration needs.
- Scope and communicate integration approaches across systems such as NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, and Workday.
- Configure demo and sandbox environments for customer proof of concepts.
- Coordinate with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Implementation to support customers from demo through deployment.
- Gather customer feedback to influence product strategy and roadmap priorities.
- Stay current on AI, automation, and enterprise finance system trends.
Requirements
- 5–8 years of experience in Solutions Engineering or Solutions Consulting within enterprise SaaS.
- Deep understanding of accounting operations or financial systems such as NetSuite, SAP, or Workday.
- Experience supporting enterprise customers in multi-entity, multi-currency, or SOX-compliant environments.
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, value-driven business conversations.
- Strong presentation and communication skills with CFOs, Controllers, and technical stakeholders.
- Familiarity with APIs, data pipelines, and workflow automation tools.
- Curiosity about AI and automation technologies and their applications in finance.
