Responsibilities
- Partner with Account Executives to manage technical discovery and deliver product demonstrations.
- Architect tailored solutions that align Maxima’s AI platform to complex accounting environments.
- Lead discussions with finance and IT teams to uncover requirements and integration needs.
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering to scope integration approaches across various systems.
- Configure demo environments that replicate customer use cases and highlight Maxima’s capabilities.
- Serve as a bridge between Sales, Product, and Implementation for a seamless customer experience.
- Gather and relay customer feedback to influence product strategy and roadmap priorities.
- Stay informed on trends in AI, automation, and enterprise finance systems.
Requirements
- 5 to 8 years of experience in a Solutions Engineering or Solutions Consulting role within enterprise SaaS.
- Deep understanding of accounting operations or financial systems such as NetSuite, SAP, or Workday.
- Experience with multi-entity, multi-currency, or SOX-compliant environments.
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business conversations.
- Strong presentation and communication skills for engaging with CFOs and technical stakeholders.
- Familiarity with APIs, data pipelines, and workflow automation tools.
- Curiosity about AI and automation technologies and a desire to learn about their application in finance.
