Base Salary
$90k - $110k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design and deploy AI agents, copilots, workflow automations, prompt libraries, agent frameworks, and workflow templates for Equities and Fixed Income Sales.
- Build meeting-preparation, client-prioritization, opportunity-identification, research-distribution, market-commentary, next-best-action, and cross-sell tools.
- Develop dashboards and analytics for revenue, wallet share, market share, pipeline, client activity, coverage, and management reporting.
- Integrate CRM, research, holdings, market activity, and sales data into actionable insights and automate recurring reporting workflows.
- Design and build production-grade applications, APIs, workflows, and data products with testing, source control, monitoring, documentation, and release management.
- Implement AI evaluation and monitoring frameworks covering quality, accuracy, hallucination risk, latency, cost, adoption, and user feedback.
- Build controlled, auditable, permissioned, and compliant AI workflows using approved data sources and access controls.
- Partner with Technology, Data, Compliance, Risk, Sales, Trading, Research, and COO stakeholders to deploy scalable solutions.
Requirements
- Expert Python and strong SQL skills.
- Experience building production AI applications and agent-based workflows.
- Experience with LLMs, prompt engineering, retrieval-augmented generation, semantic search, vector databases, and agentic frameworks.
- Familiarity with Azure OpenAI, Copilot Studio, Semantic Kernel, LangChain, CrewAI, AutoGen, or similar technologies.
- Experience with APIs, workflow orchestration, data pipelines, enterprise integrations, and enterprise cloud deployment.
- Understanding of LLMOps, model evaluation, observability, monitoring, testing, AI governance, DevOps, containerization, identity management, and access controls.
- Experience working with sensitive business data in controlled environments, including entitlements, information barriers, auditability, and permissioning.
- Strong understanding of institutional sales workflows, client coverage models, CRM workflows, client prioritization, research distribution, market commentary, sales productivity, revenue attribution, wallet share, market share, pipeline management, and client analytics.
- Working knowledge of Equities, Fixed Income, Credit, Rates, FX, Financing, or related capital markets businesses.
- Ability to communicate technical concepts to senior business leaders and take solutions from concept through production deployment.
