Responsibilities
- Analyze requirements and design software solutions for client deployment.
- Develop, modify, debug, and maintain software programs and modules.
- Create and execute test cases, usage scenarios, and software validation processes.
- Automate software validation and support continuous integration, deployment, and monitoring.
- Investigate system issues, perform root-cause analysis, and recommend performance or system improvements.
- Document software designs, specifications, workflows, solutions, project status, and implementation details.
- Coordinate with project teams, analysts, engineering staff, stakeholders, and clients throughout delivery.
- Provide status reports, maintain MIS and project documentation, and track delivery against schedules.
- Respond to customer requests, gather clarifications and feedback, and support customer satisfaction.
- Participate in continuing education, certifications, and training on programming languages and best practices.
