Base Salary
$108k - $205k/yr
Responsibilities
- Lead a software application team.
- Design, develop, test, deliver, and maintain software for defense systems.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies, maintain team cadence, and support predictable delivery.
- Use Agile metrics to drive team improvement and remove impediments to team progress.
- Support both sustainment and new feature development while ensuring alignment with project and product objectives.
Requirements
- Experience leading Agile software development teams.
- A STEM degree and at least 8 years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree in a related field and at least 5 years of experience.
- An active and transferable Top Secret U.S. government-issued security clearance with SCI eligibility before the start date.
- U.S. citizenship because only U.S. citizens are eligible for the required security clearance.
- Preferred experience as a Scrum Master across multiple teams or products and knowledge of SAFe, LeSS, or Scrum@Scale.
- Preferred ability to coach teams in Agile maturity and flow improvement, strong communication and facilitation skills, relevant certifications such as CSM, PSM, SA, or SPC, and experience with Ruby, SDS, or SEAM.
