Responsibilities
- Analyze complex customer business problems, processes, tools, organization, strategy, and objectives.
- Define solution recommendations, deliverables, action plans, technical designs, and implementation approaches.
- Support pre-sales and upsell activities and assist customers with solution definition and implementation.
- Coordinate Product, PDA, development, and technical consulting teams when gaps or cross-functional impacts are identified.
- Translate customer needs and usage feedback into detailed business requirements and influence product evolution.
- Monitor the business impact of implemented actions and identify additional improvement opportunities.
- Build trusted-advisor relationships with customers, key stakeholders, and executive sponsors.
- Coordinate large projects and apply project and risk management practices to support incremental value delivery.
- Participate in customer workshops and regular SAFe ceremonies within each Program Increment.
Requirements
- Demonstrated technical expertise sufficient to lead work in the relevant functional area and train Specialists or Senior Specialists.
- Ability to assess complex problems, recommend solutions and risk mitigation plans, and communicate complex information clearly.
- Ability to work autonomously, lead projects, and contribute to broad cross-functional initiatives.
- Experience conducting detailed business and technical analysis and developing solutions aligned with customer requirements.
- Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and technical consulting analysts on large projects or services.
- Strong customer relationship management and stakeholder communication skills.
- Ability to understand a broad spectrum of company technology and translate customer feedback into business requirements.
- Ability to support Agile transformation, including small-scale experiments, prototypes, and SAFe ceremonies.
