Responsibilities
- Design and develop scalable frontend applications using React, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
- Build reusable UI components and manage application state effectively.
- Develop and maintain Java and Spring Boot backend services and REST APIs.
- Conduct code reviews and contribute to architecture and technical design discussions.
- Improve application performance, reliability, accessibility, and test coverage.
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues across frontend and backend systems.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, QA teams, and engineers.
- Support CI/CD processes and ensure high-quality software delivery.
- Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance.
Requirements
- 8–12 years of software engineering experience.
- 8+ years of experience building production-grade web applications with React.js.
- 8+ years of experience using Java for backend services and enterprise development.
- Experience with Spring Boot, microservices architecture, REST APIs, JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, SQL, Git, CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and code reviews.
- Experience with responsive UI development, REST API integration and troubleshooting, and relational database development.
- BE, BTech, ME, MTech in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience mentoring junior developers and contributing to technical guidance.
- Ability to take end-to-end ownership of features and deliver independently.
- Strong written and verbal communication, analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder collaboration skills.
- Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP, Docker, Kubernetes, distributed systems, Jest, or React Testing Library is preferred.
- Enterprise-scale application development and performance optimization or accessibility experience is preferred.
