Responsibilities
- Build and own a full-stack CI/CD platform supporting pipeline state, release workflows, deployment visibility, and operational controls.
- Develop backend services with Java and Spring Boot and frontend experiences with React, Angular, or Vue.js.
- Create relational data models and APIs for pipeline, release, change, and audit metadata.
- Build unit and end-to-end tests covering CI/CD flows from triggering through verification.
- Deploy and operate services using CI/CD, GitOps, Kubernetes, and cloud infrastructure.
- Develop AI-native capabilities such as MCP servers and AI agents for deployment failure detection, rollback recommendations, and troubleshooting guidance.
- Optimize service, database, and API performance and scalability in production.
- Drive features from conception through production release while collaborating across product, backend, DevOps, and QA teams.
Requirements
- 10+ years of professional experience writing production code and deploying large-scale systems.
- 8+ years of full-stack experience with Java/Spring Boot and React, Angular, or Vue.js.
- Experience using AI-assisted development tools across the software development lifecycle.
- Experience with relational database design, query performance, and schema migrations using MySQL, PostgreSQL, or equivalent.
- Experience with CI/CD tooling such as GitHub Actions or Jenkins.
- Working knowledge of Argo CD, Ansible, and Harness or equivalent deployment and release platforms.
- Experience deploying and operating services on Kubernetes and AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Experience writing unit and end-to-end tests as part of standard delivery.
- Experience owning development through production release and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Strategic, product-oriented thinking and strong communication skills.
- Preferred experience includes AI-native DevOps, MCP servers, AI agents, CI/CD platforms, internal developer platforms, HashiCorp Vault, Helm, Kustomize, VM-based deployment, microservices, event-driven systems, ITSM integrations, and regulated release environments.
