Responsibilities

Design, provision, configure, troubleshoot, and maintain complex target environments for product validation and vulnerability research.
Rapidly provision and configure environments supporting zero-day vulnerability analysis and customer-specific use cases.
Administer and optimize Linux systems, including installation, patching, performance tuning, troubleshooting, and server provisioning.
Manage VMware, KVM, cloud, containerized, and Kubernetes environments, including application pods and virtual machines.
Automate system administration and operational tasks using Bash, Python, or Ansible.
Maintain Jenkins, Git, and related automation workflows and support application deployment.
Configure and troubleshoot networking, firewalls, proxies, storage, distributed systems, and enterprise application platforms.
Install, configure, and performance-tune Oracle, Elasticsearch, Cassandra, Kafka, Redis, and Ceph in multi-data-center environments.
Support Linux security and compliance through system hardening, access control, SELinux policies, firewall configuration, and vulnerability management.
Collaborate with Product, Signature, QA, and Engineering teams to deliver infrastructure environments within defined timelines.

7–12 years of experience in cloud infrastructure management.
At least 5 years of hands-on experience with VMware environments, including VC, ESXi, MSPT/Linux patching, upgrades, HA-DRS, and vSAN.
At least 4 years of hands-on experience with Linux infrastructure.
Strong experience with RHEL, CentOS, Oracle Enterprise Linux, Ubuntu, Linux system architecture, performance analysis, patching, and configuration management.
Experience with Bash, Python, or Ansible for infrastructure automation.
Experience managing CI/CD pipelines and DevOps workflows using Jenkins, Git, and related automation platforms.
Basic to intermediate knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes and experience with cloud-native environments in AWS, Azure, or GCP.
Hands-on experience with VMware and KVM virtualization technologies.
Experience installing, configuring, and tuning Oracle, Elasticsearch, Cassandra, Kafka, Redis, and Ceph in multi-data-center environments.
Strong knowledge of networking, Linux security and compliance, storage infrastructure, high availability, replication, backup integration, and production incident troubleshooting.
Experience with enterprise and customer-specific technologies such as Oracle PeopleSoft, Oracle WebLogic Server, IBM WebSphere Application Server, IBM Spectrum, IBM Tivoli, Microsoft Exchange, VMware vRealize, and BMC Helix.
Preferred experience with Windows Active Directory, DNS, Exchange, SharePoint, and Windows patching.
