Responsibilities
- Lead discovery calls, qualify technical fit, answer architecture and integration questions, and support pitches and demos.
- Work with customers to understand workflows, design pilots, and translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Design and build durable functional prototypes for handoff to Product and Engineering.
- Lead technical engagements, architecture deep dives, workshops, and discussions on data integration and app customization.
- Hand over won opportunities with documentation and customer context to the responsible Product and Engineering teams.
- Represent market feedback to Product and identify recurring platform gaps and customer friction.
- Maintain reusable demo assets, reference prototypes, architecture diagrams, integration guides, and FAQs.
Requirements
- Hands-on knowledge of platform architecture and integration concepts.
- Ability to build functional prototypes quickly to a standard that others can take over.
- Comfort working directly with customers and explaining technical concepts to engineers, business stakeholders, and executives.
- Strong communication skills and a structured approach to documenting trade-offs between commercial and product priorities.
- Fluent German and English at C1 or higher.
- Authorization to work in Germany.
- Willingness to travel up to 50% nationally and internationally.
