Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and deploy automations that eliminate manual work and improve operational efficiency.
- Maintain and enhance existing automations, integrations, and workflows for reliability and scalability.
- Troubleshoot issues and provide ongoing support for deployed solutions.
- Partner with stakeholders to identify pain points, process gaps, and operational challenges.
- Translate business requirements into automation designs and implementation plans.
- Build solutions using Make.com, Airtable, AWS, Zendesk, and approved AI technologies.
- Evaluate and implement AI and intelligent automation opportunities where they provide measurable operational value.
- Contribute technical expertise to roadmap projects and cross-functional initiatives.
- Document solutions and help ensure they are maintainable and scalable.
Requirements
- Experience designing and implementing practical automation solutions is required by the described responsibilities.
- Ability to translate operational needs and business requirements into technical automation solutions.
- Ability to balance speed, simplicity, reliability, scalability, and long-term maintainability.
- Ability to troubleshoot deployed solutions and support the stability of a tooling ecosystem.
- Ability to collaborate with Customer Care, Tooling, Operations, Product, Engineering, and other business teams.
- Ability to evaluate emerging technologies and apply AI capabilities pragmatically.
