Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain Salesforce applications, custom solutions, and platform enhancements.
- Develop Apex classes, triggers, batch processes, scheduled jobs, and test classes.
- Build user interfaces with Lightning Web Components and maintain automation using Salesforce Flow.
- Customize Salesforce objects, fields, validation rules, security settings, and workflows.
- Develop and optimize SOQL and SOSL queries while complying with governor limits and performance requirements.
- Design and implement integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, Platform Events, and other integration patterns.
- Participate in solution design, code reviews, technical discussions, troubleshooting, performance optimization, and production support.
- Manage deployments using Salesforce DX, Git, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Maintain technical documentation and support Agile/Scrum delivery processes.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.
- Strong expertise in Apex, Apex Triggers, Apex Test Classes, Lightning Web Components, SOQL, and SOSL.
- Experience with Salesforce Flow, declarative automation, Salesforce objects, relationships, data modeling, REST/SOAP APIs, and Salesforce integrations.
- Knowledge of Salesforce security, including Profiles, Roles, Permission Sets, Sharing Rules, and Field-Level Security.
- Understanding of governor limits, bulkification, asynchronous processing, and performance optimization.
- Experience with Salesforce DX, Git, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and collaboration skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments.
- Preferred experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Platform Events, Change Data Capture, middleware, enterprise integration platforms, Aura Components, Visualforce, Salesforce DevOps, and release management tools.
- Preferred Salesforce certifications include Platform Developer I or II, Administrator, Advanced Administrator, App Builder, Sales Cloud Consultant, Service Cloud Consultant, and Development Lifecycle and Deployment Architect.
