Responsibilities
- Implement and configure ServiceNow Now Assist and develop AI-powered workflows using Automation Engine and Predictive Intelligence.
- Integrate external AI/ML services and support AI governance and model quality processes.
- Develop ServiceNow modules, workflows, catalog items, custom applications, UI components, Service Portal features, and widgets.
- Work with ITSM, CSM, and CMDB capabilities and implement REST/SOAP APIs, orchestrations, and integrations.
- Troubleshoot platform issues, support upgrades, and maintain environment consistency.
- Engage stakeholders, communicate effectively, solve problems analytically, and work in agile teams.
Requirements
- Hands-on experience as a Senior ServiceNow Developer across ITSM, CSM, custom application development, integrations, and platform engineering.
- Strong JavaScript, Glide APIs, scripting, UI Policies, UI Actions, Flow Designer, and workflow expertise.
- Experience with Now Assist, Predictive Intelligence, Automation Engine, REST/SOAP integrations, and integration testing.
- ServiceNow CSA certification is mandatory.
- ServiceNow CAD certification and micro-certifications in AI, Integration, or Flow Designer are preferred.
- Strong communication, stakeholder engagement, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
