Responsibilities
- Embed with GTM and G&A teams to identify, scope, and prioritize high-impact AI opportunities.
- Act as both product manager and engineer, owning solutions from requirements gathering through deployment, adoption measurement, and iteration.
- Serve as the primary technical partner and AI advisor for business function leaders.
- Develop and deliver hands-on AI enablement and training for non-R&D teams.
- Leverage shared MCP servers, RAG systems, evaluation frameworks, and guardrails while feeding field requirements back to the team.
- Measure and report on time saved, process improvements, AI adoption, and capability gains.
Requirements
- 7+ years of software engineering experience and a strong record of shipping production systems.
- Demonstrated experience working directly with non-technical teams to deliver technology-driven transformation.
- Exceptional communication skills across executive discovery, project briefs, presentations, and technical pairing.
- Strong product instincts focused on user problems, adoption, and measurable outcomes.
- Comfort with ambiguity, self-direction, and building priorities without a detailed backlog.
- Passion for LLMs, prompt engineering, and AI application patterns including RAG, agents, and tool use.
- Preferred qualifications include leading AI or digital transformation initiatives, experience in product management, solutions engineering, or technical consulting, familiarity with CRM, ERP, BI, HRIS, and marketing automation ecosystems, hands-on experience with agentic patterns such as Claude Code, MCP, or Strands Agents, experience building adopted internal AI tools or chatbots, and experience delivering technical training or enablement programs.
