Base Salary
$121k - $231k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build and refine LLM-powered features and autonomous agents for revenue operations.
- Design and implement RAG pipelines using proprietary playbooks, product documentation, and call transcripts.
- Prototype AI solutions for lead enrichment, personalized outreach, and CRM automation.
- Integrate AI workflows into sales platforms such as Salesforce and Gong.
- Develop production-grade AI orchestration infrastructure, including prompt management, low-latency streaming APIs, and model evaluation frameworks.
- Rapidly prototype and deploy full-stack MVPs using AI-native development tools.
Requirements
- Strong proficiency in Python or TypeScript and experience building web services or integrating complex APIs, particularly CRM, VoIP, or sales engagement platforms.
- Experience with LLM orchestration frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, Strands Agents, or CrewAI.
- Knowledge of prompt engineering, few-shot learning, fine-tuning, and RAG.
- Experience with Git, Docker, and CI/CD processes.
- Ability to design actionable AI outputs around BDR and live-call workflows.
- Preferred experience with Go-To-Market, RevOps, or sales technology platforms including Salesforce, HubSpot, Gong, Apollo, or Clearbit.
- Preferred experience building real-time audio or speech-to-text pipelines with WebRTC, Deepgram, or Whisper.
- Preferred exposure to AWS Bedrock, Azure AI Studio, GCP Vertex AI, vector databases, semantic search, AI evaluation, observability tools, and agentic design patterns.
- Open-source AI contributions or a portfolio of AI-native prototypes is a plus.
