Responsibilities
- Lead delivery of integrated SAP solutions for multiple ERP projects across Baker Hughes businesses.
- Own end-to-end SAP Plant Maintenance and Customer Services module solutions, including prototyping, blueprinting, design, build, testing, documentation, interfaces, integration, and post-go-live support.
- Manage interfaces with external systems and cross-module integration with other SAP modules.
- Ensure solution quality, maintainability, statutory compliance, SOX compliance, and adherence to SAP best practices.
- Identify opportunities for business process optimization and monitor SAP technology developments for potential improvements.
- Maintain cross-functional process knowledge and collaborate with globally distributed SAP program, operations, service provider, and business teams.
- Contribute to multi-year ERP vision and strategy by aligning SAP technology with business goals.
- Lead or coordinate work across multicultural teams and different time zones.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, information technology, or a related field.
- At least 6 years of experience in SAP ERP implementations, including at least 5 years in the SAP Plant Maintenance and Customer Services domains.
- Experience completing at least two end-to-end SAP ERP implementation projects.
- Proficiency with maintenance and repair master data, including materials, equipment, functional locations, task lists, work centers, and customers.
- Proficiency in intercompany processing through IDOC processing and field repair scenarios using resource-related billing.
- Proficiency in reactive maintenance, preventive maintenance, warranty management, and maintenance plan processes.
- Knowledge of material movements in equipment lifecycle management, batch job processing, and SAP PM enhancements.
- Required knowledge or experience with Sales and Distribution; Project System experience is preferred.
- Knowledge of S4 HANA PM and CS is preferred.
- Ability to identify technical risks and impacts, define alternatives, manage multiple deliverables independently, and communicate effectively.
- Experience leading globally distributed teams, working in multicultural environments, and supporting global rollouts is preferred.
