Responsibilities

Lead delivery of integrated SAP solutions for multiple ERP projects across Baker Hughes businesses.
Own end-to-end Plant Maintenance and Customer Services solutions, including prototyping, blueprinting, design, build, testing, documentation, interfaces, cross-module integration, and post-go-live support.
Manage SAP PM and CS interfaces with external systems and integration with other SAP modules.
Ensure solution quality, maintainability, compliance, and adherence to SAP best practices.
Maintain and upload repair-related master data, including materials, equipment, functional locations, task lists, work centers, and customers.
Support intercompany processing through IDOC processing and field repair scenarios using resource-related billing.
Drive reactive and preventive maintenance, warranty management, maintenance plan, material movement, and equipment lifecycle processes.
Identify business process optimization opportunities and contribute to SAP technology, governance, compliance, and multi-year ERP strategy.
Collaborate with program managers, functional owners, service providers, SAP operations teams, and globally distributed stakeholders.

Bachelor’s degree in engineering, information technology, or a related field.
At least 6 years of experience in SAP ERP implementations, including 5 years in the SAP PM and CS domains.
Experience with at least two end-to-end SAP ERP implementation projects.
Proficiency in SAP PM and CS master data, IDOC processing, field repair scenarios, reactive and preventive maintenance, warranty management, and maintenance plans.
Knowledge of material movements in equipment lifecycle management, batch job processing, and enhancements in the SAP PM area.
Required knowledge or experience with Sales and Distribution; Project System experience is preferred.
Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA PM and CS is preferred.
Experience identifying technical risks and impacts, defining alternatives, leading globally distributed teams, managing multiple deliverables, and supporting global rollouts is preferred.
Strong written and oral communication skills and the ability to work independently with multicultural teams across time zones.
