Responsibilities
- Build AI-powered tools, automations, and platform capabilities used across Domain.
- Design, develop, and support scalable software solutions from concept through production.
- Create real-time integrations using APIs, messaging, and event-driven architecture.
- Build and maintain cloud-native microservices and distributed systems.
- Solve complex technical challenges across a large technology landscape.
- Collaborate with Product, Design, and Engineering teams to deliver customer value.
- Drive code quality, security, performance, and engineering best practices.
- Mentor engineers and contribute to continuous improvement.
- Influence architecture, technical standards, and long-term platform strategy.
Requirements
- Strong commercial experience with C#, .NET, and TypeScript.
- Experience building scalable APIs, integrations, and distributed systems.
- Expertise with microservices and event-driven architectures.
- Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Strong understanding of cloud-native design patterns and software architecture.
- Experience designing solutions for scale, reliability, and maintainability.
- Knowledge of modern testing practices including TDD, BDD, and shift-left testing.
- Experience with secure coding practices and a security-first mindset.
- Experience working in Agile, cross-functional product teams.
- Previous experience mentoring engineers and helping teams grow.
