Responsibilities
- Support software applications and risk models for the firm’s lending business within Investment Banking and Global Capital Markets.
- Build revenue-generating execution and analytics applications across the deal lifecycle.
- Engage business stakeholders and third-party vendors to gather requirements and design complex software systems.
- Develop and maintain scalable, performant, robust software solutions using full-stack technologies.
- Collaborate with Product Management and QA teams to deliver high-quality software.
- Provide production and user support for live systems and resolve issues.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Three years of experience in the offered position, as a Software Engineer, Software Developer, or in a related role.
- Three years of experience with finance technology and deal servicing platforms.
- Three years of experience designing data-intensive and real-time applications with scalability, multithreading, performance optimization, maintainability, and robustness requirements.
- Three years of experience with Python, Java, Spring Boot, REST and SOAP web services, XML, JSON, Docker, Podman, FAST API, databases, Java concurrency, Jenkins, JavaScript, Angular, APIs, asynchronous messaging, cloud computing, testing, scripting, Git, Agile development, and DevOps.
- Experience with relational databases including Sybase, SQL Server, and DB2, and non-relational databases including MongoDB.
- Experience with TDD, BDD, JUnit, Cucumber, REST Assured, Unix scripting, and shell scripting.
