Responsibilities
- Design, code, enhance, and implement custom software components, modules, and integrations.
- Serve as a subject-matter expert and collaborate with multiple teams on technical and delivery decisions.
- Lead implementation of software development best practices to improve team productivity and processes.
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide effective solutions.
- Mentor junior team members and support their professional development.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to align teams and deliver project milestones on time.
Requirements
- At least 7.5 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central.
- Proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central.
- 15 years of full-time education.
- Knowledge of software development life cycle practices and agile methodologies.
- Experience designing and coding custom enterprise-system modules and integrations.
- Familiarity with cloud-based platforms and modern development frameworks.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to deliver high-quality software.
