Responsibilities
- Design, code, and enhance custom software components across systems and applications.
- Serve as a subject-matter expert and collaborate with multiple teams on technical and project decisions.
- Coordinate project activities to support timely delivery of software components.
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Develop integrations between disparate systems and troubleshoot and optimize software performance.
- Mentor junior team members and facilitate communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Evaluate and improve development processes to enhance team productivity and software quality.
Requirements
- At least 7.5 years of experience in SAP PP Production Planning & Control for discrete industries.
- Proficiency in SAP PP Production Planning & Control for discrete industries.
- Strong knowledge of the software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
- Experience designing and implementing custom software solutions with modern programming frameworks.
- Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Familiarity with integration techniques and tools for connecting disparate systems.
- Experience troubleshooting and optimizing software performance.
- 15 years of full-time education.
