Responsibilities
- Design, develop, maintain, customize, and enhance BASE24 Classic applications.
- Debug and resolve technical issues in the payment-processing environment.
- Support deployments, ST, SIT, UAT, and ongoing production operations.
- Integrate BASE24 systems with banking and payment platforms.
- Work on merchant-acquiring authorization, transaction processing, and settlement systems.
- Create and maintain documentation for system configurations, modifications, and issue resolution.
- Collaborate with software engineers and stakeholders.
Requirements
- At least five years of experience working with ACI Tandem BASE24 Classic and EPS.
- Hands-on design and development experience on merchant-acquiring authorization projects using ACI Tandem BASE24 Classic and EPS.
- Implementation knowledge of acquiring authorization projects.
- Knowledge of the merchant-acquiring landscape, transaction processing, settlements, and switch processing.
- Experience with MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Diners Club, and CUP authorization processing.
- Good communication and stakeholder-management skills.
