Responsibilities

Design and implement Agentic AI systems for customer support and compliance.
Create a platform for other domains to leverage Agentic AI for process automation.
Engage with stakeholders across various organizations to enhance Coinbase products.
Contribute to the strategy and execution of the Coinbase Platform.
Manage project priorities, deadlines, and deliverables.
Mentor and train team members on design techniques and coding standards.
Write high-quality, well-tested code to meet customer needs.

12+ years of experience in backend software engineering using Golang or similar languages.
Experience deploying LLM-based applications to production.
Proven track record of delivering impactful solutions for significant customer processes.
Experience in architecting solutions for ambiguous, high-impact problems.
Strong technical knowledge of building distributed systems at scale.
Excellent communication skills for diverse stakeholder engagement.
