Base Salary
$82k - $193k/yr
Responsibilities
- Lead Salesforce Experience Cloud projects from design through deployment.
- Engage directly with clients to understand requirements and define technical solutions.
- Lead and mentor offshore development teams.
- Develop solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components, Visualforce, HTML, JavaScript, and CSS.
- Design and configure Experience Cloud sites, including branding, navigation, and security.
- Integrate Salesforce with external systems using REST, SOAP, and Platform Events.
- Design scalable data models and implement Salesforce security best practices.
- Manage CI/CD and release processes using Git and Copado.
- Support troubleshooting, performance optimization, and production deployments.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of Salesforce development experience.
- Strong hands-on expertise with Salesforce Experience Cloud.
- Experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components, Visualforce, REST/SOAP APIs, HTML, JavaScript, and CSS.
- Experience in solution design, integrations, and technical leadership.
- Hands-on experience with Copado and CI/CD practices.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Preferred certifications include Salesforce Platform Developer I/II, Salesforce Experience Cloud Consultant, and Salesforce Architect certifications.
