Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end technical delivery of Unstructured AI systems.
- Build and scale full-stack systems for processing unstructured content.
- Collaborate with founders to solve complex business challenges.
- Write and review production-grade code in Python and FastAPI.
- Integrate data from diverse enterprise sources for AI features.
- Partner with engineering, product, and sales teams for alignment.
Requirements
- Strong proficiency in Python for data processing and API development.
- Hands-on experience with LLM-based and AI-driven enrichment models.
- Proven ability to deliver production-grade systems using Big Data frameworks.
- Solid understanding of data pipelines and microservice architecture.
- Experience with data ingestion from third-party enterprise sources.
- Strong communication skills across technical and business teams.
- Calm decision-making under tight timelines or ambiguity.
- Familiarity with metadata systems and document AI workflows.
- Knowledge of model evaluation best practices.
- Experience with search relevance.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent related experience required.
- Work authorization to work in Brussels is necessary.
