Responsibilities
- Monitor the AI/ML landscape for emerging techniques and state-of-the-art approaches.
- Transform prototypes into production-ready solutions that address impactful business problems.
- Create, operationalize, and support AI/ML models and visualizations for actionable insights.
- Evaluate algorithmic results for quality, adaptability, and efficiency.
- Contribute to the evolution of AI and ML capabilities in support of Collibra's data products.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and mentor junior engineers on AI best practices.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience delivering production-grade AI/ML projects related to business functions.
- Experience with SQL and relational databases, including query authoring.
- Proficient in building and deploying production code in Python with AI modules.
- Experience with model evaluation, testing frameworks, and validation methodologies.
- Must have work authorization to work in Brussels, Belgium.
- A bachelor’s degree or equivalent related working experience is required.
