Base Salary
$208k - $260k/yr
Responsibilities
- Partner with Product and Engineering teams to bring products and features to market and prioritize customer requirements.
- Lead implementation of Ripple payment solutions with customers and partners worldwide.
- Serve as the functional and technical specialist for customer and partner business objectives.
- Design, deploy, and drive successful usage of new solutions.
- Break project objectives into manageable tasks and guide internal and external resources.
- Own the full delivery lifecycle, including training, meetings, configuration testing, and launch support.
- Guide customers and partners to maximize the benefits of their implementations.
- Travel to customer and partner locations for approximately 20–30% of work-related time when travel resumes.
Requirements
- 10+ years of IT or software experience.
- Experience delivering software solutions for major global organizations and industry groups.
- Strong understanding of network principles and design, including financial services networks.
- Institutional crypto custody solutions experience is a significant advantage.
- Understanding of market dynamics, customer challenges, and relevant technological advancements.
- Ability to analyze and resolve technical issues at the network, database, and/or application level.
- Hands-on software development experience, ideally including production-grade code.
- Excellent teamwork, interpersonal, customer relationship, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to independently handle enterprise-scale customers and partners and lead software integration engagements.
