Responsibilities
- Partner with product and engineering teams to launch new products and features.
- Manage enterprise-scale customers and partners independently.
- Serve as a functional and technical specialist to meet business objectives.
- Drive the design, deployment, and successful usage of new solutions.
- Break down project objectives into manageable tasks and guide execution.
- Oversee the entire delivery lifecycle, including training and launch support.
- Guide customers to maximize benefits from their implementations.
- Travel to customer and partner locations as needed (20-30%).
Requirements
- 10+ years of IT/software experience.
- Experience in software solutions and delivery with major global organizations.
- Ability to enable real-world use cases with innovative thinking.
- Strong understanding of network principles and financial services networks.
- Prior experience with institutional crypto custody solutions is a plus.
- Full understanding of market dynamics and technological advancements in the industry.
- Excellent team-working and interpersonal skills.
- Proactive leadership abilities to generate energy and momentum.
- Ability to analyze and resolve technical issues across various platforms.
- Hands-on experience with software development, ideally writing production-grade code.
