Responsibilities
- Gather requirements and design fit-for-purpose technology solutions aligned with business processes, goals, and enterprise standards.
- Analyze, customize, configure, integrate, test, maintain, and implement technology solutions and systems.
- Develop technical design documents, workflows, architecture diagrams, configuration steps, and recommendations for process efficiency.
- Design and implement data migration solutions while validating data accuracy, reliability, integration, and interoperability.
- Coordinate with stakeholders, vendors, IT service providers, infrastructure teams, and development teams to resolve technical issues and deliver solutions to specification.
- Participate in design, cybersecurity, and code reviews and ensure adherence to architecture, security, privacy, compliance, performance, and scalability standards.
- Serve as a subject matter expert and point of contact for assigned applications, processes, procedures, and functionality.
Requirements
- College, university, or equivalent degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related subject, or relevant equivalent experience.
- Three to five years of relevant work experience at an intermediate level.
- Ability to apply programming principles, solution design, data principles, security and compliance practices, and modern development practices.
- Ability to translate business requirements into integrated designs, architectures, patterns, and system interactions.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, vendors, business partners, and technical service providers.
- Ability to evaluate technical feasibility, identify risks and dependencies, and drive effective solution outcomes.
- May require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations.
