Base Salary
$196k - $295k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and own end-to-end development of user-facing features and systems across mobile, desktop, VR, and consoles.
- Develop robust, extensible systems powering Roblox’s core surfaces, including Home, Avatar, and Search.
- Create scalable solutions for high-quality, intuitive, and reliable user interfaces.
- Partner with engineering, product, and design teams to deliver cohesive user experiences.
- Design clean APIs and well-structured frontend systems.
Requirements
- 4+ years of software development experience building large-scale, user-facing applications.
- Strong expertise in modern frontend technologies such as React or similar frameworks, component-based architecture, and state management patterns.
- Experience delivering high-quality user experiences with attention to usability, reliability, and maintainability.
- Solid understanding of software design principles and frontend architecture.
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
