Base Salary

$197k - $243k/yr

Responsibilities

  • Develop interactive tools for Roblox game developers.
  • Define architecture and implement reusable tooling frameworks.
  • Collaborate with UX designers and the Product Manager on ergonomic solutions.
  • Set the architecture and technical direction for the application.
  • Own complex technical projects from planning through execution.
  • Work cross-functionally across teams and technology platforms.
  • Mentor team members and help improve their professional skills and expertise.
  • Design, develop, and implement technology practices, patterns, and strategies.
  • Help build a professional application for massively multiplayer game development.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience developing and deploying user-facing applications.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a similar technical field.
  • 1+ years of experience with C++ or another lower-level language.
  • Experience with UI frameworks such as React, Cocoa, or WPF is a plus.
  • Experience building developer-, engineer-, or artist-facing tools, including game-development tooling, CAD, 3D editors, or design tools, is a plus.
  • Passion for end-user experience.
