Responsibilities
- Partner with Process Improvement, Treasury, Internal Audit, business leaders, security, compliance, and legal teams to discover process gaps and define opportunities.
- Advise on AI adoption and translate high-level goals into workflow requirements, implementation steps, and functional documentation.
- Design, build, configure, and implement AI-enabled workflows using established patterns, templates, and frameworks.
- Integrate AI components with internal systems, APIs, cloud platforms, and third-party platforms.
- Test, monitor, troubleshoot, and improve workflow performance, reliability, consistency, and scalability.
- Support stakeholder demonstrations, training sessions, workflow adoption, governance, and long-term ownership.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in STEM or a related field, or equivalent work experience; a master’s degree is a plus.
- At least 2 years of experience in software engineering, automation, AI/ML tools, workflow solutions, and cross-functional delivery.
- Proficiency in Python and familiarity with common AI/ML or automation libraries.
- Familiarity with Azure, AWS, or GCP cloud platforms.
- Understanding of APIs, orchestration tools, and integration patterns.
- Exposure to generative AI, LLM frameworks, or AI-driven automation in a corporate setting.
- Basic understanding of containerization and deployment tools.
- Ability to analyze problems, communicate clearly, document technical work, and translate business goals into implementations.
- Experience in healthcare or with finance teams is preferred.
