Responsibilities
- Triage and resolve product or system issues by analyzing impacts on hardware, networks, services, and quality.
- Write product or system development code for core infrastructure.
- Contribute to and update documentation or educational content.
- Participate in or lead design reviews with peers and stakeholders.
- Review other developers’ code and provide feedback on best practices, testability, accuracy, and efficiency.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- At least two years of backend software development experience.
- Experience managing and debugging cloud systems, including monitoring, logging, or tracing.
- Preferred: experience with Infrastructure as a Service, performance analysis and debugging, Go or C++, and managing system availability, performance, or scalability.
