Responsibilities
- Design, develop, deploy, and own scalable front-end and back-end web applications using Spring Boot and Angular.
- Build secure, scalable, and reliable case management and orchestration systems.
- Deploy and manage cloud-native applications on Google Cloud Platform using Docker, Kubernetes, Open Policy Agent, and GitLab CI/CD.
- Work with Postgres and Firestore and maintain system reliability through the observability stack.
- Collaborate with product, design, security, and engineering teams through code reviews, knowledge sharing, and joint problem-solving.
- Apply new technologies and ideas to improve the platform, processes, and engineering culture.
Requirements
- Professional experience developing scalable and secure systems using Java and Spring Boot.
- Understanding of software architecture principles and experience designing and consuming RESTful APIs.
- Commitment to clean, well-tested code and effective collaboration.
- Professional fluency in English.
- Experience with cloud environments such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud and containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes is preferred.
- Experience with modern JavaScript or TypeScript frameworks such as Angular, React, or Vue is preferred.
