Responsibilities
- Build and implement tool-using agents, multi-step execution flows, and planner, executor, and validator patterns.
- Translate architectural designs and product intent into maintainable, bounded, predictable, production-ready AI components.
- Develop and optimize versioned prompts, retrieval-augmented generation, memory and context-management strategies, and input/output constraints.
- Build evaluation harnesses and automated tests for accuracy, relevance, hallucination, failure rates, and regressions across prompt and model changes.
- Deploy AI components into production and integrate them into APIs, services, and workflow-based systems.
- Instrument solutions for performance, usage, and cost-to-serve, and support troubleshooting, drift monitoring, and iterative optimization.
- Collaborate with AI product, architecture, automation, and integration teams and contribute reusable components, templates, and patterns.
- Mentor junior engineers and support continuous improvement in cross-functional delivery teams.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in AI, automation, or a related field, with the broader profile specifying 4–8+ years in software engineering, data engineering, or applied AI development.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field is desirable.
- UiPath Certified Professional Advanced RPA Developer (UiARD) certification is required.
- Proficiency with UiPath and Microsoft Power Automate or similar automation platforms.
- Strong understanding of UiPath architecture and components, including server administration on Windows and Linux and cloud environments such as Azure and AWS.
- Experience with cloud platforms including AWS, Azure, or GCP, particularly for deploying and managing UiPath Orchestrators.
- Experience with Microsoft Power BI, database management using SQL Server or Oracle, and Python.
- Practical experience with generative AI, large language models, agentic frameworks or orchestration patterns, tool calling, and action execution.
- Experience with API development and integration, event-driven or workflow-based systems, CI/CD, DevOps practices, and cloud-native architectures, preferably Azure.
- Preferred experience includes retrieval-augmented generation, vector databases, embedding strategies, monitoring, observability, MLOps, enterprise or regulated environments, and consulting or client-facing delivery.
- English-Spanish oral and written proficiency at B2+ or above, along with strong analytical, troubleshooting, collaboration, adaptability, leadership, and mentoring skills.
