Responsibilities
- Design, build, and deploy machine learning and generative AI solutions on AWS Bedrock.
- Integrate and optimize foundation models for enterprise use cases in dedicated AWS environments.
- Develop solutions involving LLMs, AI agents, RAG, and large-scale search.
- Collaborate with data scientists, data engineers, and product teams on production-ready AI solutions.
- Run experiments and explore algorithms to improve performance, user experience, and business outcomes.
- Promote ethical and responsible AI practices across solutions.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of hands-on experience in AI/ML development and deployment.
- Strong expertise in generative AI, LLMs, AI agents, and RAG architectures.
- Proven experience designing and deploying solutions on AWS Bedrock.
- Strong programming skills in Python.
- Experience with cloud-native architectures and enterprise-scale solutions.
- Familiarity with data pipelines, vector databases, and large-scale search systems.
- Ability to collaborate with scientists, engineers, and product managers.
- Commitment to responsible and ethical AI practices.
- Experience with LangChain, LlamaIndex, or similar RAG/LLM orchestration frameworks is preferred.
- Knowledge of multi-cloud or hybrid cloud environments is preferred.
- Exposure to MLOps practices, including ML CI/CD, monitoring, and observability, is preferred.
- Familiarity with security and compliance frameworks in regulated industries is preferred.
- An MSc, PhD, or related advanced degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience using AI tools to improve drafting, analysis, research, or process automation is preferred.
