Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and build AI agentic solutions.
- Define technical requirements and implement features from proof of concept through evaluation and production.
- Own assigned tasks and deliver high-quality, maintainable code.
- Manage backend engineering tasks while contributing to frontend development.
- Apply a pragmatic, evaluation-driven approach to adopting innovative AI solutions.
- Collaborate with clients to understand and refine project requirements and stay current with AI advancements.
Requirements
- At least one year of experience in an AI engineering role.
- Full-stack development experience primarily using NodeJS and TypeScript, with the ability to work across backend and frontend tasks.
- Experience with AI agentic technologies, architecture, best practices, RAG, multi-agent concepts, MCP servers, and LLM APIs or SDKs such as OpenAI and Anthropic.
- Practical experience with LLM orchestration frameworks such as LangChain or LlamaIndex and prompt design.
- Experience configuring services on AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Basic experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
- Competence using REST APIs and integrating databases efficiently.
- Fluency in English and willingness to collaborate with clients and learn new technologies and APIs.
- Preferred: knowledge of machine learning, ability to understand Python source code, React experience, model fine-tuning and distillation, LLM evaluation, Model Context Protocol, graph databases, additional languages or frameworks, and voice-agent frameworks such as Pipecat.
