Responsibilities
- Own product features from discovery, hypotheses, and prototypes through implementation, release, and iteration.
- Collaborate with customers, partners, and Sales to identify meaningful problems and validate solutions.
- Design and implement product tracking and use relevant metrics to guide product decisions.
- Build across the stack and make architecture choices balancing rapid learning with long-term scalability.
- Develop lightweight experiments and prototypes before committing to larger builds.
- Drive initiatives forward with ownership and a pragmatic, customer-focused approach.
Requirements
- At least three years of product engineering experience delivering features end to end.
- Hands-on experience in a startup engineering environment.
- Full-stack experience with Node.js, TypeScript, NestJS, and React.
- Experience owning software from architecture and implementation through production release.
- German proficiency at B2 level or above and fluent English for team and product communication.
- Strong product mindset, comfort using metrics, and focus on customer value.
- Experience integrating large language models or building AI-powered features is advantageous.
Benefits
- Compensation is €80,000 to €120,000 annually plus equity.
- Remote role with Germany as the primary location.
- Candidates should be able to overlap with Central European Time.
