Responsibilities
- Organize the deployment of AI workflows and architectures across diverse AI and technology platforms.
- Design solutions that integrate AI models and multi-provider platforms into enterprise technology ecosystems.
- Prepare technical design specifications and drive architectural governance and platform convergence.
- Lead design sessions, conduct code reviews, and provide architectural direction to engineering teams.
- Mentor development staff and support teams in delivering product features.
- Identify application improvements and provide actionable technical recommendations.
- Lead or contribute to cloud, DevOps, and AI modernization initiatives.
- Communicate technical direction and recommendations to engineering teams, stakeholders, and executive leadership.
Requirements
- At least 12 years of experience in .NET full-stack development.
- At least 12 years of overall experience is required; the posting also references 10 years of software development experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, with 15 years of full-time education required.
- Significant experience in software architecture, design patterns, reliability, scaling, and system implementation or enhancement.
- Fluency and specialization in modern programming languages such as Java, C#, or Python.
- Experience building products with microservices architectures and extensible APIs.
- Familiarity with continuous delivery and infrastructure as code.
- Strong understanding of LLMs, automation, engineering toolchains, and translating AI innovation into business impact.
- Preferred experience with application monitoring, performance assessments, security architecture, Active Directory, Windows Authentication, SAML, OAuth, AWS, Azure, and multi-cloud environments.
