Responsibilities
- Organize the deployment of AI workflows and architectures across diverse AI and technology platforms.
- Facilitate solution design and integration across enterprise technology stacks, AI models, and multi-provider platforms.
- Prepare technical design specifications and drive architectural governance activities.
- Lead design sessions, code reviews, and technical conversations across engineering teams.
- Plan engineering initiatives and feature delivery while balancing customer delivery with organizational health.
- Identify application improvements and provide actionable recommendations.
- Assist and mentor development staff in delivering product features.
- Lead or contribute to cloud, DevOps, and AI modernization initiatives.
- Build relationships with customers, stakeholders, executive leadership, and development teams.
Requirements
- At least 12 years of .NET full-stack development experience is required.
- At least 10 years of software development experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience is stated in the additional qualifications.
- A bachelor’s or master’s degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, with 15 years of full-time education required.
- Significant experience in software architecture, design patterns, reliability, scaling, system engineering, and system implementation or enhancement.
- Fluency in modern programming languages such as Java, C#, or Python.
- Experience building products with microservices architectural patterns and extensible APIs.
- Familiarity with continuous delivery and infrastructure as code.
- Proven experience leading cloud, DevOps, or AI modernization initiatives.
- Strong understanding of LLMs, automation, and engineering toolchains.
- Experience with application monitoring tools and performance assessments.
- Understanding of security architecture, protocols, and products including Active Directory, Windows Authentication, SAML, and OAuth.
- Experience with AWS and Azure, preferably in multi-cloud environments.
- Ability to translate AI innovation into business and productivity impact.
