Responsibilities
- Organize deployment of AI workflows and architectures across diverse AI and technology platforms.
- Design solutions that integrate enterprise technology ecosystems with AI models and multi-provider platforms.
- Prepare technical design specifications and drive architectural governance and platform convergence.
- Plan engineering initiatives and feature delivery while balancing customer outcomes with organizational health.
- Identify application improvements and provide actionable recommendations to engineering teams.
- Mentor development staff and assist with delivery of product features.
- Lead design sessions, conduct code reviews, and provide architectural direction to engineering teams.
- Lead or contribute to cloud, DevOps, and AI modernization initiatives.
- Communicate technical decisions and recommendations to executives, stakeholders, and development teams.
Requirements
- Minimum 15 years of experience in .NET full-stack development.
- At least 15 years of full-time education.
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- The posting also states a minimum of 10 years of software development experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Significant experience designing, implementing, enhancing, scaling, and improving software systems.
- Significant experience in analytical systems engineering design and implementation.
- Fluency and specialization in modern languages such as Java, C#, or Python.
- Experience building products with microservices architectural patterns and extensible APIs.
- Familiarity with continuous delivery and infrastructure as code.
- Strong understanding of LLMs, automation, and engineering toolchains.
- Experience with application monitoring tools and performance assessments.
- Understanding of security architecture, protocols, and products including Active Directory, Windows Authentication, SAML, and OAuth.
- Experience with AWS and Azure, preferably in multi-cloud environments.
- Fluency in DevOps concepts and the ability to translate AI innovation into business and productivity impact.
