Responsibilities
- Design, develop, customize, and configure ServiceNow ITSM solutions and software components.
- Develop and maintain workflows, business rules, and client scripts within ServiceNow.
- Integrate ServiceNow with other enterprise systems using integration techniques and APIs.
- Serve as a subject-matter expert, contribute to team decisions, and provide solutions across multiple teams.
- Lead process improvements that enhance team productivity and software quality.
- Mentor junior team members and coordinate cross-functional communication.
Requirements
- Minimum five years of experience in ServiceNow IT Service Management.
- Proficiency in ServiceNow IT Service Management and experience customizing and configuring ServiceNow modules.
- Strong understanding of IT service management processes and best practices.
- Ability to develop and maintain ServiceNow workflows, business rules, and client scripts.
- Familiarity with integration techniques and APIs.
- 15 years of full-time education required.
