Responsibilities
- Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and scripts for functional, integration, regression, performance, and related testing.
- Design, maintain, and execute automated UI, API, and performance test scripts.
- Participate in sprint planning, design reviews, and requirements analysis to improve testability and identify quality risks early.
- Conduct performance and load testing under varying levels of stress and usage.
- Report, track, document, and manage defects through resolution and release.
- Collaborate with developers, product managers, and business analysts to improve product quality and align testing with requirements.
- Identify defect root causes and verify fixes through targeted validation and regression testing.
- Use approved AI-assisted testing tools and contribute to their adoption in QA workflows.
- Improve testing practices, documentation, quality standards, and automated test coverage.
Requirements
- Solid understanding of functional, integration, regression, performance, and security testing.
- Experience with automated testing tools such as Playwright, Selenium, TestNG, or similar frameworks.
- Ability to analyze software requirements and technical specifications to design effective test coverage.
- Familiarity with JavaScript, Python, Java, or similar programming and scripting languages used for test automation.
- Strong debugging, troubleshooting, analytical problem-solving, attention to detail, communication, and documentation skills.
- Experience working in Agile development environments and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Preferred: experience in home care, healthcare, or related SaaS industries.
- Preferred: familiarity with AI-assisted testing tools and interest in improving QA workflows with them.
- Preferred: experience with CI/CD pipelines and integrating automated testing into development workflows.
- Preferred: experience with API testing tools such as Bruno, Postman, or similar tools.
