Responsibilities
- Evaluate new or modified software programs based on user requests and prepare draft technical specifications with high-level time estimates.
- Develop, test, and implement web applications and solutions using Microsoft .NET and related web technologies.
- Design databases and write SQL, T-SQL scripts, and stored procedures in SQL Server.
- Handle production environments and investigate issues reported in production.
- Participate in peer code reviews and create reference documentation.
- Collaborate with business analysts, designers, architects, developers, and quality analysts.
- Apply software development best practices to produce clean, readable, testable, and maintainable code.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical stream.
- Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate (MCSA): Web Applications certification.
- Strong knowledge of C#, ASP.NET, MVC/MVC Core, JavaScript, .NET Framework, Web Forms, SQL Server, and Microsoft web technologies.
- Good understanding of database design, SQL, T-SQL scripts, and stored procedures.
- Understanding of the Digital Experience Platform and Web Content Management/CMS industry, particularly Microsoft .NET technologies.
- Strong domain knowledge of ecommerce applications and good software design experience.
- Understanding of the UI development process and production issue handling.
- Good communication, teamwork, and collaboration skills.
